Each session begins with a clear focus. We look at what’s present and work with the subconscious patterns connected to it. As those patterns shift, new understanding emerges, helping the mind see things differently and respond with greater ease. We then explore how those internal shifts translate into choices or actions that support these changes in daily life.
On a subconscious level, Constructive Coaching Psychology works with the brain’s neuroplastic capacity, its ability to rewire and form new neural pathways. Through memory reconsolidation, old emotional associations and learned responses can be updated with new information, allowing new pathways of perception and response to naturally form.
