About Monica
See differently. Live differently.
I’m a Constructive Psychology Coach who helps people move through internal conflict and self-sabotage by resolving the subconscious patterns that limit their capacity to live with greater choice, ease, and direction.
This work grew out of a lifelong curiosity about how we make sense of our experiences, and in that process, I recognized how residual trauma can influence our reactions and contribute to ongoing internal turmoil.
My background in Fine Arts and Montessori education shaped the way I came to question, explore, and see from multiple perspectives, cultivating an openness that informed how I understand perception and experience. Working closely with children during their formative years offered valuable insight into the developing mind and its early formation of identity and emotional regulation. Over time, this curiosity evolved, as I noticed recurring patterns in the way emotional experiences shaped behaviour and response.
Since founding my practice in 2019, I’ve been exploring how the mind bridges psychology and consciousness. That exploration evolved into what I now call Constructive Coaching Psychology, a synthesis of subconscious transformation, spiritual psychology, and applied mind science.
Constructive Coaching Psychology integrates approaches such as Dr. Garry Flint’s Process Healing, the MAP Method, and Dr. Erin’s E4 Trauma Method. Through experience, these approaches have been expanded into a structured yet intuitive framework that adapts to where each client is in their process, supporting real transformation.
My intention is to create the conditions for internal resilience, so you can move through life with greater clarity and self-trust.
